  • mince - 18 oz (500 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 0.5 tsp
  • oil - 2 tablespoons, may use olive oil
  • chilies - 2 small chilies

How to make

Knead the minced meat with bread crumbs, the 2 eggs, salt, paprika, black pepper and oil. Mash and add the chilies.
