measures

How to make

Boil the water, oil and salt. Remove from the heat and add all the flour at once. Mix until you get a dough that comes off the walls.

Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Next, start adding the eggs one at a time, beating well after each. From that dough, spray out tulumbas using a pastry bag straight into a tray covered with baking paper.

Put them to bake in a heated 360°F (180 °C) oven until they turn a nice pink color. For the sugar syrup, boil the water with the sugar and vanilla until it turns into a nice syrup.

Pour the hot syrup over the cooled baked tulumbas and consume after they've sat for a bit. The number of tulumbas you get depends on the size of the tulumbas you spray out with the pastry bag.
