How to make
Pour 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) of water in a pot and let it come to a boil. Put the sugar and butter in it.
To the resulting mixture, add the flour. Stir well, so the substance begins to separate from the walls of the container.
Take the pot off the stove and put the eggs in the mixture. Stir it well and leave it to homogenize, so that you can put it in a pastry bag later.
While you wait, get to work on preparing the syrup. Make it from 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) of water, the brown sugar and vanilla.
Leave it to come to a boil and once you get a relatively thick syrup, remove it from the stove. It's now time to finish the tulumbas.
Spray out the mixture from the pastry bag into elongated shapes and put them to fry. After you take them out of the oil, dip them in the syrup for several seconds and then take them out.
After all of the tulumbas have cooled, pour the remaining sugar syrup on them.
