Mango Sticky Rice is a very popular Thai dessert.
Wash the rice until the water becomes clear.
Pour water over it and leave it for 5 hours or overnight.
Then the rice is steamed for about 30 minutes.
During this time, heat the milk with the sugar and salt until they melt, but it should not boil.
Transfer the cooked rice into a bowl, add the milk and leave it for 15-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the mango.
