How to make

Wash the lamb leg very well, drain it and dry with a napkin. Mix the oil, paprika, black pepper, salt, a little spearmint and the flour, to obtain a runny sludge.

Smear the lamb leg generously with this, pour the rest into a tray. Add 1 cup water, cover tightly with foil and bake in a preheated 480°F (250 °C) oven for 30 min.
