How to make
Chop the onions, garlic and carrots and saute them with oil and a little water. Add the washed lentils and paprika, pour in 2-3 cups water or broth and saute about 20 minutes.
Add the grated tomatoes, finely chopped pepper, celery and other seasonings and if needed, pour in more liquid.
Boil a little while longer and add the flour, diluted in water. After removing from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
