How to make
Heat the milk, activate the yeast in 1/2 of it with a little sugar and flour. Sift the flour 2-3 times in order for the pita to fluff up.
Knead with the remaining products into a medium-hard dough, leave it to rise. Once ready, divide it into 2 parts - 1 small and 1 large.
Roll out a large sheet from the larger one, smear it with butter and roll it up, put the side with the seam facing down. Cut it into rolls diagonally. From the other ball of dough, roll out a sheet, smear it with butter and wrap into a roll - cut it into small triangles.
Arrange triangles and rolls along the edges of the tray and then in the inner area. Form the middle with the unformed parts. Leave the pita to rise. In the meantime knead just a small bit of dough for decoration - 2 halos and a flower in this case.
Smear the pita with the beaten egg, milk and oil. Place the halos and a flower, sprinkle with seeds. Bake in a preheated oven for about 35 min.
