How to make
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. To prevent your hands from getting sticky while rolling, grease them thoroughly.
Put a little crumbled feta cheese in the center of each piece and form the balls. Dip them lightly in butter, then arrange them in a greased tray. Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with nuts if desired and put it to bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
