If you like, you can prepare just 1 cup of hot water and add the 3 garlic cloves to it. Add honey and lemon juice to taste.

Do note however, that this substance is not suitable for people with low blood pressure and allergies toward garlic. Taking large quantities of it is also not recommended because it can cause complications.
