Garlic is an excellent tool for detoxing the body, it's good for the heart, normalizes blood pressure and combats inflammatory problems in the body. It's been used for centuries to disinfect wounds, fight infections and flu.
According to studies, one of the most valuable ingredients in garlic is allicin. But to obtain the component from garlic, the cloves need to be mashed, cut into pieces or chewed raw.

Garlic Tea with Lemon
Ingredients: 3 cups water, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup lemon juice.
Preparation: Put the water to come to a boil in a pot, add the chopped in half garlic cloves. Once the mixture comes to a boil, turn the stove off, add the honey and lemon juice. Let the liquid sit for 10 min. and then strain it. Drink 1/2 cup of it 3 times a day, in small sips.
If you like, you can prepare just 1 cup of hot water and add the 3 garlic cloves to it. Add honey and lemon juice to taste.
This medicinal lemon beverage with garlic will be your closest ally in the cold days of winter. If you feel sick, drink a little bit of it every day until you're rid of the virus. For an even stronger restorative effect, you can add 1-2 tbsp coconut oil to it. Dissolve it well in the tea and drink in slow sips.
Do note however, that this substance is not suitable for people with low blood pressure and allergies toward garlic. Taking large quantities of it is also not recommended because it can cause complications. If you have stomach problems and think it'll irritate your stomach, decrease the amount of cloves you're going to use.
