How to make
Place the fresh dandelion leaves in a large glass. Pour them with 200 ml of boiling water, cover them and leave them to steam for about 10 minutes.
Strain the tea and when it cools down, drink it in small sips. Drink it 2-3 times daily for even better results.
The dandelion tea against bloating and constipation is very healthy!
