Grate a peeled fresh ginger root. The amount should be about 2 tbsp. Boil the ginger in 250 ml of hot water. Add the mint leaves and boil for 5-6 minutes.
Add two slices of lemon to the tea.
Drink it in small sips while it's still warm. This tea relieves heartburn and soothes an upset stomach.
This ginger tea against heartburn is very healthy.
