How to make
Place about 1 and 1/2 cups (300 ml) of water on the stove and grate or chop the ginger inside, if you do not like its spicy taste, you can put a smaller amount of it.
Put the orange peels and green tea inside - in case you do not have loose dry leaves, use a bag/sachet.
Once starts boiling, time it for 2-3 minutes and remove the pot from the heat. Cover it with a lid for another 5 minutes and strain the liquid into a glass.
Sweeten it according to your taste with natural honey.
This ginger tea is both a laxative and has a powerful effect on weight loss.
