Here are 3 unbelievable bream recipes that you'll surely enjoy. One is for bream with chili peppers, for the other you will need capers and tomatoes.
Spicy Bream
Ingredients: 2 bream fillets, 2 tbsp light soya sauce, sesame oil, ginger, 2 chili peppers - 1 red and 1 green, 6 bunches of green onions, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp sugar.
Preparation: Clean the fillets and put them in a suitable pot or pan on the stove. In a separate container, put the sesame oil, soya sauce, vinegar and sugar and beat well. Once the sugar melts in the other liquid ingredients, pour the liquid over the fillets and turn the stove on.
Put a grated piece of ginger on top - the piece should be about 1" long. Also add the chili peppers that have been julienned finely (remove the seeds too). Then chop half the onions finely and add them to the fillets.
Cover with a lid and let the fish saute for several minutes. Serve with boiled rice and pour on the remaining finely chopped green onions.

Bream with Capers and Tomatoes
Ingredients: 2 bream fillets, 1 yellow pepper, 3 garlic cloves, 1 large tomato, 2-3 tbsp tomato paste, several cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup pitted olives, 1-2 tbsp capers, olive oil, black pepper, salt, butter, oregano.
Preparation: First, smear the fish well with butter, cover in aluminum foil and put it to bake in the oven. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a suitable container and put the cut into strips pepper and garlic in it.
Once the garlic begins to braise, add the chopped into pieces tomato, as well as the tomato paste. Season with black pepper and salt. Next, add the capers and olives, that have been chopped beforehand.
Season with oregano at the end and let the blend simmer for several minutes.
Place the cherry tomatoes without cutting them. Continue cooking until they soften. Once the fish is baked, put a fillet of it in a plate and add a few spoons of the sauce on the side. For garnish, you can add baked potatoes with spices.
The last proposal is for bream with a ginger and garlic paste. Make the paste by putting a few cloves of garlic in a blender, adding a piece of butter and 1 tsp ginger. If desired, add more black pepper and some salt. Smear a bream fillet with this paste.
