How to make
Clean the sea bream, wash it and leave it to drain for half an hour. Leave the fish heads.
Coat the sea bream with olive oil and rub the fish with a mixture of lovage and salt. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Prepare the barbecue, put the fish on it and grill it for 7 minutes on the side. Once the grilled fish is ready, drizzle it with lemon juice.
