Mussels, squid, octopus and cleaned shrimp are fried in olive oil, add the pasta and butter. Mix everything and add the chopped onion and finely chopped basil.

Seafood salad

Add 100 ml of boiling water and stew for about five minutes with the lid on. Serve in large bowls and garnish each serving with chopped cherry tomatoes into halves and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients: 1 red pepper, 200 grams of shrimp, squid 100 grams, 100 grams of shellfish, 8 leaves of spinach, 10 olives, 1 zucchini 50 g grated Parmesan cheese, 1 lemon, olive oil and salt to taste.

Cut vegetables, the olives are cleaned of pips and cut into circles. All vegetables are fried until golden brown for about 4 minutes.

Add seafood, put it on the stove and cover the pan with a lid to smother everything. After five minutes, remove from heat and serve salad, flavored with lemon juice and olive oil and sprinkled with parmesan.
