Monday

Lunch - soup of cabbage, rye or wheat bread in limited quantity, cooked zucchini and tomato salad and cucumber, a piece of non-oily fish, tea without sugar.
Afternoon snack - fruit salad and a cup of yogurt.
Dinner - boiled potatoes in limited amounts, boiled cabbage, juice from pears or raspberries.
Tuesday
Breakfast - one slice of rye bread, a boiled potato, tea with saccharine.
Brunch - soft-boiled egg, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers, coffee or tea with sweetener.
Lunch - meat broth without too much fat, a slice of white bread, a piece of boiled beef, raspberry tea without sugar.
