How to make apple tea?

Only the skins of the fruit can be used, because all the valuable substances that are needed are found in it, but it can also be prepared from whole fruits. A daily dose of healthy apple tea for the whole family requires several simple and affordable products:

- 5-6 whole apples

- 4 glasses of water

- a pinch of cloves

- a pinch of cinnamon

- a pinch of vanilla

- honey

The water boils, the peeled apples and cloves are added and boiled for about half an hour. Add the cinnamon and vanilla and simmer the tea over low heat for another 10 minutes. After cooling, strain and sweeten with honey. The drink can be drunk both as warm fruit tea and as iced tea.
