Burnt milk

Burnt milk is a rather unpleasant occurrence in the household. In addition to cleaning it, the residual smell must also be removed. Here are some tips on how this can be done:

The smell of burnt milk that got on the stove spreads quickly throughout the house and is quite unpleasant. To avoid this, the milk is immediately covered with a damp newspaper and vinegar is drizzled on top. The acidic consistency has the property of absorbing unpleasant odors without leaving a trace of them.

The pot in which you burnt the milk are most easily washed by first soaking them in water and sifted wood ash in it.

Another way to wash dishes with burnt milk, especially glass and ceramic ones, is with water, in which you have boiled unpeeled potatoes.

Cleaning burnt milk

The bottom of burnt pots, pans, etc. can be cleaned by sprinkling a thick layer of table salt and letting it sit for about 3-4 hours. After that, scraping is easy. Some put the pot to boil for a short time, after which the burnt removes itself.

Another suitable combination that decomposes the burnt is a mixture of baking soda and vinegar. It is used to clean all surfaces.

Some use the following: for a burnt pot, fill it with 2 fingers of water, a little bleach and dish soap. It is left to boil and the burnt part comes off on its own.

If the milk is burnt, don't throw it away right away. In no case should you mix it with a spoon. Just pour it immediately into a clean container and cover it with a wet towel, then boil it again.

Milk

The taste of burnt milk can be corrected by adding a little salt and placing the pot with the milk in a larger pot with cold water.

In order not to burn the milk, certain tips must be followed when boiling the milk. The process should be carried out in a pot with a thicker bottom, so that it does not burn.

The least chance of burning the milk is in a copper pot, rinsed with cold water in advance.

If you frequently boil milk at home, it is best to do so in a separate milk pot, as hot milk tends to absorb any odors.

The next time you manage to boil your own milk, we recommend trying one of our recipes:

- rice pudding;

- dairy cream;

- dairy filo pastry pie;

- or milkshake;
