Ingredients

  • apples - 2
  • bananas - 1
  • honey - 1 tablespoon
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml), cold

How to make

Peel and clean the apples. Chop them into pieces. Add the other ingredients to them.

Blend well in a blender and drink immediately. It darkens if you leave it out too long.
