Mmmmmmmmmm. Coffee!

Ever since Satori Kato, a Japanese scientist living in Chicago, came up with the idea for instant coffee in 1901, home-roasted beans have become obsolete. Thank God this is the new generation, which, dissatisfied with the standardized versions of instant coffee, has decided to revive the dying practice of roasting coffee at home.

Those who think that roasting is tiring and difficult, let them think again! This is actually a very simple procedure and only takes a few minutes. The result of this task, however, is the preparation of a really good real Espresso that suits your taste! In addition, homemade coffee is always fresh and has a stronger aroma. Overall - a good investment on time!

So how do you roasr coffee beans at home?

Easy.

All you need are fresh green coffee beans, which can be found in almost every store and an oven. Don't have an oven? Do not worry. The roasting can be done in the simplest pan. After securing the dishes, heat the oven/pan, put on household gloves and place the beans in it. The next, very important step is to extract their delicious aroma.

But remember, do not be distracted, because you can burn the beans! After 10-20 minutes, depending on your preferences, they will be ready, acquiring the familiar brownish color. Once they become greasy by releasing fat you are almost done. Take them out of the oven and remember that they will be hot. Wait for them to cool, wash off the excess fat and grind them. Done! Your home-roasted coffee beans are ready for brewing.
