Fat-Free French Fries Recipe

Required products: 4 large potatoes; 2 egg whites; salt; other spices according to taste.

Preparation: Beat the egg whites in a large bowl with the salt. Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips for frying. Dip them in the egg whites and arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper.

Bake the potatoes in an oven preheated to 200°C until they're fully baked. Before serving, sprinkle them with spices of your choice.
