Day 5

Breakfast: 350 g fruit salad;

Lunch: Boiled potatoes with feta cheese;

4 pm: 1 apple;

Dinner at 7 pm: Tomato and cucumber salad.

The tomato and cucumber salad can be seasoned with a little fat and salt. If you can, exclude these spices from it as well.

If you get hungry at a time when it is not indicated to eat, drink mineral water or pre-made green tea.

The diet is applied weekly, for a whole month. During the weekend you can allow yourself all the temptations that have seduced you during the week, but in measured quantities.
