The time to bake the bread so that it has a crispy crust on the outside and is well baked on the inside and does not remain sticky depends on many factors, but most of all on the amount of dough, the oven and the cook's preferences.
Normally, about 1 kg of dough is baked in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes. It is important to start baking at a higher temperature - about 220°C for about 25 minutes, until the bread forms a nice crust. Then the degrees are reduced and the rest of the time the bread is baked at no more than 180°C.
The time for baking bread should be adjusted in case the dough is more or less. About half a kilogram of bread needs no more than 35 minutes of baking in the oven, while bread weighing more than 1 kilogram can be baked for almost an hour.
