There are already all sorts of invented devices to separate the yolks from the egg whites. For example, a strainer, a ceramic cup, silicone separators for eggs, etc.
Everyone is familiar with the traditional method: by carefully breaking the shell of an egg on the edge of a bowl or a plate and with quick confident movements start pouring from one shell to the other until only the yolk remains. Some even manage to achieve the goal with just one hand. The method is easy for cooks, but for beginners it is a bit more complicated and sometimes causes a little stress.
Honestly, we don't need the luxury tools or appliances that are used to separate the egg whites from the yolks .
One of the easiest methods is to simply take an empty water bottle (it's most convenient with a 500 ml bottle). Carefully beat the egg in a shallow dish or a slightly deeper dish, but carefully, while making sure the yolk does not break.
Place the top of the open empty bottle over the yolk. When we squeeze the bottle, the yolk will get sucked in like magic, allowing us to put it in another bowl and to continue with our culinary activities.
