There can be many reasons for your pancakes tearing. First off, your pancake batter may be too runny, in which case adding a little more flour should solve the problem.
Sometimes, the milk we buy from stores is just too runny, which means you need to add extra flour to thicken the pancake mix.
There's a possibility you've added too little or no salt. Add 1-2 pinches of it and fry up another pancake. Another problem could be the eggs - too soft, too old, etc. If that's the case, add 1 more egg to serve as a binding agent and try again.
Last but not least, turn up the stove just a little bit. It may not be heating the pan well enough, causing the pancakes to tear.
