Lasagna is one of the tastiest Italian dishes. There are thousands of variations of this classic Italian dish. You can prepare:
- spinach and cheese lasagna;
- lasagna with cheese and many others.
However, how to layer lasagna correctly is a question that many people ask themselves and that is why we will tell you now:
How exactly to layer a delicious lasagna
Some people do not put Béchamel on the bottom of the baking pan in which they will bake the lasagna. However, this is a mistake. Lasagna always starts and ends with Bechamel sauce. Place a ladleful of the sauce on the bottom of the baking pan and spread it well with the help of a lasagna sheet or with a spoon, or with the help of the ladle.
Next, a row of lasagna sheets is arranged, followed by the filling you have prepared.
If you wish, between each row of sheets and filling, you can add a little béchamel and circles of mozzarella, so the dish will become even juicier. You can also add grated cheese.
After you have put the first row of sheets and stuffing, then put more sheets again, stuffing, some béchamel, the selected cheeses and so on until you run out of sheets.
If you wish, you can scald the skins lightly in water to soften them if they are bought from the store. And you can make lasagna sheets yourself.
After you have placed the last row of sheets, finish off with the Béchamel again and here no cheese is added. If you put the cheese on the béchamel before baking the lasagna, there is a risk that it will remain raw.
Therefore, after adding the Béchamel, the dish is baked for about 40 minutes and then the cheese is added and baked for another 10 minutes.
The delicious homemade lasagna will become even juicier if you really put mozzarella or any other type of cheese of your choice between each row in addition to cheese.
This way you can layer:
- spinach lasagna;
