Before that, you can fry the chopped onion and carrot in the pan. Various recipes are prepared with minced meat, such as Bolognese sauce or traditional moussaka.

Fried minced meat with onions and carrots

Required products:

500 g pork minced meat

2 carrots

2 onions

salt and black pepper - by taste

a little oil for frying

Cut the onion and carrots into small cubes and fry them in vegetable oil. Add the minced meat to the pan, salt, black pepper and fry, until they soften and stir evenly. In the process of stirring, break up the lumps and then in its ready form, the minced meat will be crumbly and tender.

Minced meat is cooked very quickly, so a quarter of an hour is enough for the entire cooking process.

Minced meat with mushrooms

Required Products:

500 g chicken minced meat or chicken breast

300 g of mushrooms

2 onions

salt and black pepper - by taste

50 g of vegetable oil

If you have chicken breast, keep in mind that the chicken meat is very tender and it is easily cut into small pieces, i.e. you can mince it with a knife to get a more interesting taste, but it takes more time to cook.

Wash the mushrooms, dry them with a napkin and cut them into strips. Cut the onions and fry them along with the mushrooms, until they aquire a golden brown color. Then add the minced meat to the vegetables and fry them, until they soften, by stirring often.
