A classic way to marinate garlic

Marinated garlic with beets
You need garlic, water, vinegar, beets, coarse salt, sugar, dill, parsley, horseradish, basil, cinnamon stick and bay leaves.
Boil the water, then add sugar and salt. Put the garlic in it to blanch. Then put the herbs from the recipe in the jars and add the vegetables tightly in them. The next step is to grate the beets and squeeze the juice from it. The juice is then poured along with the vinegar into the marinade and it is poured into the jars with the marinated garlic.
