The recipe for fried livers is easy and achievable even for the most inexperienced in the kitchen.
The most important thing is to use fresh chicken livers, which you need to clean, so that they do not become bitter, once they're cooked.
Required products:
chicken livers - 0.9 lb (400 g)
flour - 3 tbsp.
black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
salt - 1/2 tsp.
oil - for frying
Method of preparation:
The chicken livers are washed well and left to drain.
Once they have drained from the water, dry them completely with a napkin or kitchen paper. Be careful not to leave paper on the livers.
Put the dried livers in a deep bowl. Add the flour, black pepper and salt to them. Stir well, in order to flavor everything evenly.
Pour oil (one finger) in a frying pan and leave it to warm up.
Once the oil is hot enough, fry the livers. It is best to fry them in portions, so that they fry nicely and evenly. If you put them all at once, you will find it harder to fry them and they will most likely not turn out right.
Stir or turn the fried chicken livers on all sides.
Take out the fried liver livers and place them in a bowl, which you have previously lined with kitchen paper. This way the kitchen paper will absorb the excess fat from the fried livers.
Be careful when frying the livers, because they spray a lot.
