Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce is a delicious and nutritious breakfast. The recipe is considered a classic in cooking and it is good for any self-respecting cook or culinary fan to be able to prepare it.
Products for the eggs:
1. Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
2. Eggs - 4 pcs.
3. Ham - 4 slices
4. White bread roll with bread roll with sesame seeds
For the Hollandaise sauce:
1. Water - 2 tbsp.
2. Butter - 180 g.
3. Egg yolks - 3 pcs.
4. White pepper - 1/4 tsp.
5. The juice of half a lemon
6. Salt - 1/2 tsp.
7. Paprika - 1/4 tsp.
Method of preparation:
Place the yolks of 3 eggs on the stove in a water bath. Add 2 tbsp. water to them and mix until they become foamy. Gradually add the melted butter, lemon juice, paprika and white pepper to the mixture. Season with salt and the Hollandaise sauce is ready.
Add the vinegar to hot, but not boiling water. Carefully crack and add the eggs inside and leave them in the water. When they have turned white, remove them with a slotted spoon so that the excess water can drain.
Meanwhile, sear the ham in a pan until golden.
The bread rolls are cut in half. Spread them with a little butter. Place the egg and the slice of ham on top. Pour the sauce over them and the Eggs Benedict are ready.
