How to make
Clean the calamari, wash and dice it, along with the tentacles.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the calamari, cover with a lid and saute. After about 10 min. add the wine, all purpose spice, soy sauce and black pepper.
Keep in mind that the soy sauce and all purpose spice contain salt - don't over-salt!
Lower the heat and leave to simmer under a lid. After 10 min. remove the lid so that the liquid can evaporate. After the dish is left in just oil, add the finely chopped garlic + chili sauce. After 1 min. remove the pan from the stove.
Serve the calamari with the butter in a large plate and garnish with the parsley pesto, baked red pepper and lemon. Pour a glass of nice wine to the dish as well.
