How to make
Peel the potatoes and dice them. Arrange them in a tray greased with olive oil.
Season with salt and sprinkle more olive oil on top. Bake in a heated oven until golden.
Once ready, sprinkle the still-hot potatoes with finely ground garlic and finely chopped dill. A spectacular garnish for just about any kind of meat!
