How to make
Peel the potatoes and wash them, put them in a tray and add the carrot, cut it into round slices, sprinkle with paprika and black pepper, oil and a little water, stir well and put it in the oven at 430°F (220 °C) for 15 min.
Then add the rice and peppers and leave to cook until the rice gains a glassy color, add salt and the remaining spices, pour in 1 4/5 cups (450 ml) water and leave in the oven until the dish is fully cooked.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and parsley.
