How to make
Chop the cabbage finely. Pour a little oil in a deep pot and add the cabbage. Put it on the heat to braise. Then pour in about 4/5 cup (175 ml) water to saute. Stir periodically.
Saute until the cabbage shrinks in volume. Season it with the savory, paprika and salt. Stir well so the cabbage takes in the spices.
Shortly before taking the cabbage off the stove, add the tomato sauce. Stir well. In the meantime, braise the finely diced carrot and onion.
After the cabbage shrinks, pour it into a tray. To it add the carrot, onion and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
Season the ribs with black pepper and salt. Place them on top of the cabbage. Pour in 1 cup water.
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven about 30-40 min.
