How to make
Chop the cleaned cabbage and mash it with a little salt.
Chop the meat into pieces and braise for about 10 min. in the heated oil.
Add the cabbage and start stirring from time to time. Once the cabbage softens, add the paprika and stir.
After 5 min., add the bay leaf and finely chopped garlic. Lower the stove by 1 increment and leave the dish to boil 25 min. Add the tomatoes and leave the dish for another 15 min.
