Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • filling
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olives - 5 - 6
  • rice - 2/5 cup (100 g), boiled
  • yoghurt - 4 tbsp
  • dill
  • spearmint
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • for smearing
  • eggs - 1
  • milk - 1 tbsp
  • sesame seeds - 2 tbsp, for sprinkling

How to make

Mix the ingredients for the filling.

Cut the puff pastry into squares and distribute the filling on them. Smear the edges with beaten egg white, fold them into triangles and press down.

Arrange them in an oven dish, smear with the yolk beaten in the milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for at least 20 min.
