How to make
Sift the flour along with the salt. Add the yeast, diluted in lukewarm water. Knead the dough, which is kneaded for ten minutes onto a floured surface, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
The dough is divided into 12 parts, which are rolled out into oval flatbread - about 7″ (18 cm) long. The flatbread pieces are placed onto a floured board, covered with a towel and left in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
The oven is heated to 460°F (240°C). Grab 2 baking pans, spread them with olive oil and heat them up in the oven.
Put 3 flatbread pieces in each of them, sprinkle them with water and bake for 5 minutes, until they become puffy and aquire an appetizing color. Remove them and cover them with a towel while baking the second batch.
