How to make
Heat the oil in a pan, cut the meat into pieces and braise until reddened.
Add the leeks, cleaned and cut into crescents.
Cook until softened. Sprinkle flour and stir until braised a bit, add the paprika, pour in the red wine and warm water.
Season with salt, black pepper, bay leaf and the cut into strips dried prunes.
Boil on low heat until the meat is ready. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. You can garnish with mashed potatoes as well.
