How to make
Mix the mince with the savory and finely chopped onion head. Form small meatballs from it, roll them in flour. Boil 10 min. in boiling salted water.
Saute the other finely chopped onion head in oil. Add the chopped carrot, pepper and coarsely chopped potatoes. Stir, add the flour, paprika and finely mashed tomatoes.
Stir the dish, add water to it to cover the potatoes. Season with salt. Once boiling, add in the meatballs.
Boil until the products soften.
Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with finely chopped fresh parsley and a chili pepper if desired.
