How to make
Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onion and pork. Stir regularly for about 8 minutes or until the onion softens completely and the meat is fried on all sides.
Add the beer and stock and simmer with the lid ajar for about 60 minutes.
Pour over cooked beans and return to the heat. Simmer for another 20 minutes.
Serve the soup with toast.
