How to make
Remove any excess fat from the meat. Mix the salt, crumbled thyme, oregano and rub the spices into the meat. Fry it on all sides in the hot oil.
Place it in a tray and stew the finely chopped onion and garlic cloves. After stewing, add the beer and sugar. Boil the mixture, then pour it over the meat placed in the tray.
Roast the meat at 340°F (170 °C) for about 90 minutes. Cut the cooked pork into slices and serve warm, garnished with boiled or steamed vegetables.
