How to make
Mix the flour and baking powder, and add the butter, egg and vanilla. The mixture is stirred until it turns to crumbs. Mix to a smooth dough, if necessary add 1-2 tbsp water.
The prepared shortbread pie is formed into a ball, wrap in foil and allow to rest in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Following this, the dough is rolled on a flat surface and cut into a flat circle. Heat your oven to 370°F (190 °C).
Shift the dough gently into a round baking tin and press down on the bottom and sides. With a fork, the dough is pricked lightly and covered with greased baking paper.
On paper, place some beans. Let it bake for 10-15 minutes, until lightly tanned.
