How to make
This fruit pita is exceptionally easy to make. Beat the eggs, add the oil and yoghurt in which you've extinguished the baking soda. While stirring nonstop, add the flour which you've sifted with the baking powder ahead of time.
Pour 1/2 the mixture in a pre-greased tray and bake for a few min. in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven. Then smear it generously with jam and pour the other 1/2 mixture on top.
Bake the pita in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven until ready, until your toothpick comes out dry when you poke it.
After it cools, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
