How to make
Clean the beef tongues and boil in a pressure cooker with a little salt or in a regular pot with water. Then cool and peel them. Cut into round slices. Heat a little oil in a nonstick pan.
Roll the tongue pieces in flour and fry on both sides. In the meantime, prepare the tomato sauce. Grate the onions and blend the tomatoes. Fry the onions and add the resulting tomato sauce.
Add the spices and let boil until reduced, periodically stirring. Strain the sauce through a sieve, to make it smooth.
Serve several pieces of beef tongue per serving, covered with some tomato sauce and a garnish of your choice.
