  • onions - 2 - 3 heads
  • pomegranate - 1 whole
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • butter - 2 tablespoons
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Boil the potatoes and mash while warm.

Add the crushed garlic, some chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Crush the pomegranate seeds through a meat grinder and onions, add them as well, mix well. Shape balls, roll them in finely chopped parsley.
