How to make
Chop the sauerkraut finely and put it in a pot with a little oil, the cabbage juice and water.
Boil until softened.
Once it's ready, braise the flour and add it to the sauerkraut, plus the paprika and spearmint. It requires a decent amount of stirring.
If the beans aren't canned, boil them ahead of time to a semi-soft state.
Combine the beans with the sauerkraut and leave on low heat for another 40 min.
