Ingredients

  • beans - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 small carrot
  • peppers - 1 pc.
  • celery - leaves (1 - 2 pinches)
  • sausage - 1 pc.
  • canned tomatoes - 1/2 bowl
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • oil
  • parsley
  • mint
  • thyme
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • salt

How to make

Boil the beans with a spoonful of salt in a pressure cooker and is strained. Finely chop the vegetables and stew them in the oil at the bottom of the pot in which the beans will be cooked.

Add the finely chopped sausage and simmer for a short while.

Add the beans and add 4 liters of water. Add the spices and bring to a boil until all the products have completely softened.

Finally, add the bowl of tomatoes, parsley and the flour that was mixed in them. After 10 minutes the bean soup is ready.

The bean and sausage soup is wonderful.
