How to make
Soak the beans overnight in water. The next day, drain and put to boil with new water. Change the water and boil again.
Reduce the heat and boil for 30-40 minutes. Add chopped, onion, carrot, paprika and the oil. A little later, add the spices and boil for an hour, until the beans are fully cooked.
Serve a bowl of classic bean soup with chopped fresh parsley.
