How to make
Make the marinade for the rolled pork in a bowl by mixing all the spices, olive oil and crushed garlic. Add honey and stir. Rub the rolled pork well on all sides. Try to get the marinade everywhere, including beneath the threads keeping it tied together.
Leave them to marinade for 2 hours in the fridge. Before roasting, leave them at room temperature for 30 min. Put them in a tray, pour in the red wine and cover with aluminum foil.
Put the tray in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven for 2 hours. Remove the foil and leave the rolled pork bundles to bake another 10 min. on higher heat until they gain a golden crisp. Remove the threads, cut into pieces and serve.
Notes: Try to use high quality pork from a butcher shop. Rolled pork from your trusty butcher is always many times better than the ones sold in large supermarkets.
