How to make
Cut the meat into bites, put them in a small tray, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika. Pour on the wine, put to bake in a 370°F (190 °C) oven for about 30 min.
While the meat is baking, clean and chop the onions, zucchini (finely), tomato (very finely) and parsley.
In a bowl, pour in the yoghurt, water and processed cheese, stir well, add the parsley, tomato and pinch of sugar.
Once the meat has baked a bit, add the zucchini and onions, stir and pour on the prepared mixture, stir again to mix everything evenly and return the oven dish to the oven to finish baking.
Once ready, sprinkle with finely chopped green garlic.
